Description
PURPOSE: The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to Area 6 Linac replacement and vault renovation, including the associated control area. Area 6 room number is 1130/1131. The control area includes rooms 1134 (the “Project”).
PRE-QUALIFICATION: Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for projects Acute-Care Projects > $150K are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for projects Acute-Care Projects > $150K.
