Description
Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to F810-00 CW 1982 - Gyne OR Light Replacement (the “Project”).
Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects > 1M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects > 1M.
The Authority has made arrangements for non-mandatory site visit for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. The date and time of site visit is as noted below:

Time: 1:00 pm Hours Local Time
Meeting Location: 4500 Oak St, Vancouver, BC V6H 3N1, Meeting Point B.C. Women's Hospital & Health Centre, Entrance 93
