MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:

Location of Site Meeting: 1616 Queensway, Prince George BC
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
Fraser Inn Motel located at 1616 Queensway; Prince George is a 2 storey with basement concrete block building built in 1965.
For this project a mechanical /sprinkler/ electrical contractor will act as the General Contractor and will also carry the drywall, painting, hazardous material removal and electrical subtrades. General Contractor (Prime Contractor) will be responsible for coordination of all their subtrades during the project duration and ensure that they complete the work as per the project specification and schedule.
The project base scope of work includes but not limited:
- Install new sprinkler and fire alarm system.
- Remove and repair drywall affected by scope of work.
- Provide new drop ceilings /and or bulkhead and repair as required.
- Repair of all affected area and repaint to match existing colour. Paint corner to corner.
