This ITT process follows a previous Pre-Qualification process (PQ 2022-001). The PQ process has resulted in the following organizations listed in alphabetical order, in being pre-qualified:
• BC Comfort Air Conditioning Limited
• Emerald Green Mechanical Ltd
• Entity Mechanical Ltd
• PML Professional Mechanical Ltd.
• RAM MECHANICAL LTD.
• Seguin Morris Mechanical Inc.
Only Bids from the above-named companies will be considered for contract award during this ITT process.
The City is seeking the services of pre-qualified suppliers for the supply and installation of a new pool dehumidification unit, curb, ductwork distribution, cooling unit, power and DDC system.
