MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: 14, July 2023
Time: 11:00 A.M. PST
Location of Site Meeting: 2111 Spokane St. Rossland BC
Subcontractor Attendance is Optional.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes Elevator Modernization and as further set out at Appendices:
The elevator located at Elsing Park Lodge is original from 1998. It is a hydraulic elevator and some of the major components have failed and the elevator is currently non-operational. We are hoping to proceed with this work as soon as possible to get the elevator back up and running for the building’s senior tenants. The elevator is a Kootenay Elevator with a hydraulic drive.
