Description
This ITT is an invitational solicitation run via one of BC Housing’s region-specific prequalified rosters for Prime Contractors. This second stage ITT has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Bidders listed below.
Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in the bidding process and attend the mandatory site visit.

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend an information meeting on the specified date and time below:

Location of Site Meeting: 12209 206 Street, Maple Ridge
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes Building Envelope Remediation and as further set out at Appendices:Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings
For the complete scope of work, please refer to the Specifications and Drawings in Appendix E. The scope of work includes but is not limited to:Replacement of indicated existing stucco-clad wall assemblies with new rainscreen stucco-clad wall assemblies. Replacement of indicated existing exterior windows and doors with new double-glazed aluminum-framed windows, double glazed aluminum-framed storefront doors, and insulated hollow metal doors. Replacement of existing skylights with new pressure-glazed skylights.
The selected bidder must commence work in August 2026.
Exclusion of United States Based Suppliers
Suppliers based in the United States are excluded from responding to this ITT. The Owner and/or BC Housing reserve the right, at its discretion, to allow United States based suppliers to respond, in the event no reasonable alternatives are available.
The successful Bidder must cascade this requirement to subcontractors and suppliers engaged in the performance of the resulting contract. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for verifying and demonstrating compliance with this requirement and shall provide evidence of such compliance upon request by The Owner and/or BC Housing.
