This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following:Memorial Cottage Roof Replacement at Langley Memorial Hospital, the Roof is operating past their useful life. These sections of the roof are rated Risk Rating 2 with a potential risk of failure (1-3 years) and will need to be replaced.
 The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated to be September 31, 2026.
 Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
