Description
The purpose of the RFP is to develop and deliver a CYSN Multicultural Family Support Program for the South Fraser SDA (Surrey, Langley and Delta BC). The program will deliver short term, goal-focused assistance to families who require additional support to achieve identified goals or who require counselling services. Services will be delivered to families primarily on a one-to-one basis, and peer support models such as group activities are also encouraged.
The program will be accessed only by referrals from the Ministry.
The value of the resulting contract will be $320,000 per annum for an initial one year agreement, with five one-year options to renew.
