Description
The Province, as represented by the Minister of Forests through BC Wildfire Service (“BCWS”), is seeking proposals from Proponents that have demonstrable capacity, capability and experience to provide the supply and delivery of Uniform Pants and Belts to the BCWS Provincial Equipment Depot located in Prince George, British Columbia.
The initial term of the Contract is for three (3) years (the “Initial Term”). The Contract will have two (2) one-year extension options in favour of and exercisable by the Province, in its sole and absolute discretion.
Uniform Pants and Belts are to be supplied on an as, if and when requested basis and no representations, commitments or guarantees are made with respect to the timing, number or value of Orders that may be requested from the Supplier over the term of Contract.
The Ministry intends to enter into a single Contract with the successful Proponent.
