Description
Notice is hereby given by the Ministry of Citizens’ Services that it is the intention of Network Connectivity Services (NCS), Office of the Chief Information Officer, to enter into an Agreement with the incumbent, Urban Communications Inc. (“Urban”), to provide a Fibre Lease and Services between 800 Hornby Street, Vancouver and 515 West Hastings Street, Vancouver.
The services being provided for with the Fibre Lease and Services Agreement will include but may not be limited to the following:

- lease of 2 individual Dark Fibre strands;
- maintenance and support of the Cable and Cable Support Infrastructure;
- and problem resolution services on the Leased Fibre.
