Description
Okanagan College has issued a Notice of Intent to award a contract to Hatch Hospitality Inc. for Restaurant & Event Space Concept Design & Implementation Advisory Services, with a total value not exceeding $174,000 (excluding GST). The agreement is proposed for April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. An earlier NRFP was cancelled after proposals did not fully meet the project’s unique creative and operational requirements. The direct award is justified based on the specialized, creative nature of the work and Hatch’s strong local and regional industry relationships.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
