Notice is hereby given, the City of Port Moody (the City) is a member of the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada (Sourcewell) and is eligible to procure through the cooperative contracts that is administered by Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and Sourcewell.
Canoe Procurement Group of Canada’s (Sourcewell) cooperative contract purchasing leverages the national purchasing power of more than 50,000 member agencies while also streamlining the required purchasing process. As a municipal national contracting agency, Canoe Procurement Group of Canada (Sourcewell) establishes and provides nationally leveraged and competitively solicited purchasing contracts under the guidance of the Uniform Municipal Contracting Law. Joint Powers laws enable members to legally purchase through the awarded contracts.
The City of Port Moody is utilizing the Sourcewell Contract for the award of two (2) 2024 Mack LR Labrie Automizer Garbage Truck Gabover chassis LR64R outfitted with Labrie Automizer 31CY under Sourcewell Canada Contract # 060920-MAK to Rollins Machinery Ltd. Maturity Date: August 1, 2024. Total estimated purchase price is $1,117,938.44 plus applicable taxes. The total amount is pending budget approval.
