Subscriptions to access market data

Notice is hereby given by the BC Assessment Authority (BC Assessment) of its intent to contract with Altus Group Data Solutions to provide access to two subscriptions: RealNet and Altus Insite. The subscriptions are complementary to each other and allow our appraiser group to have access to market data for sales and research. The access to commercial information such as sales, leases for various commercial property types allows us in setting the variables that contribute to the income value for commercial type properties. The data within this subscription covers all of BC. The data from this subscription will provide BC Assessment with important information to help ensure our assessments are accurate and fair.
