This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) invites Proposals from prospective Proponents for the provision to jointly develop energy infrastructure to de-carbonize different facilities within Island Health. The initial project will be for parts of Victoria General Hospital and Regional Laundry through district energy solution, and/or Royal Jubilee Hospital as described in the NRFP.

The Proponent’s Meeting will no longer hold on August 17. The new time and date for the Proponents’ Meeting is 10:00 AM Pacific Time on August 29th.
August 17, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Pacific Time (PT)
9:00 am at the Royal Jubilee Hospital meeting at the Eric Martin Pavilion. 2334 Trent St, Victoria, BC V8R 4Z3. It is anticipated this site tour will be 2.5 Hrs.
1:00 pm at the Victoria General hospital meeting at the main entrance to the hospital. 1 Hospital Way, Victoria, BC V8Z 6R5. It is anticipated this site tour will be 2 Hrs.
