Description
Island Health is re-imagining how we work, support and deliver services for all clienteles through the use of modern technology. The current state of the technology landscape is fragmented with disparate definitions for data fields, a lack of system reporting / tools capability and integration gaps across Workforce Management Systems. This has resulted in processes which are manually intensive, require translation and from a reporting and tools perspective have required extensive in house development across the organization.
The scope of this engagement will include business transformation efforts related to review of current Workforce Management (Staff Scheduling, Rotations, and Timekeeping), process and operating models, the re-design of processes, workflows, interactions, system architecture, feeds to and from legacy systems including payroll, people, structures and policies, and change management efforts required for a successful process and technology transformation.
