Construction Management Services for Supportive and Complex Care Housing, Powell River, BC

This is an invitational solicitation to invite Pre-qualified Proponents from RFPQ 1070-2425-178A Construction Management Services for Various Housing Projects and have received formal notification of their qualification to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables.  Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide the Deliverables.

This NRFP has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Bidders listed below.

Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in the bidding process.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Proponents must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. Signed NDA must be submitted via email to the attention of the BC Housing Contact with a clear indication of this RFP number and title in the subject line.

The deadline for submitting the signed NDA is: January 7, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m. PT.
