Purpose of this NRFP
The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables.  Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into contracts (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide the Deliverables.

The Deliverables
The following are some of the key elements of the Deliverables:
Providing Homeless Encampment Action Response Temporary Housing (HEARTH) Operator Services at a site located in the noted community.

Proposals received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered.  The official time of Proposal submission will be determined with reference to the electronic clock used by BC Housing’s computer systems or BC Bid, depending on the submission location.  Proponents are encouraged to submit their Proposals well in advance of the Submission Deadline to minimize the risk of their Proposal being late.
