Description
BC Assessment is seeking an enterprise-grade master data management software solution. The delivery model may be a standalone deployment (BCA-hosted cloud or on-premises), cloud-hosted software as a service (SaaS) offering or a hybrid model.
The Proponent shall recommend an implementation model (or implementation models, if the Proponent offers more than one) and target infrastructure based on BC Assessment’s current architectural restrictions and near-future direction. BC Assessment will reserve the right to switch between implementation models during the Contract term (e.g., start with a standalone deployment and change to a SaaS offering during the Contract term).
The Contractor shall provide a platform and licensing or subscription model that meets the capabilities and requirements outlined in Appendix D of this RFP. In-scope deliverables include:MDM Software Platform System Maintenance and Upgrades Ongoing Technical Support User Assistance and Enablement
