Work Location Solution

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by British Columbia Assessment Authority (“BC Assessment”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for a cloud-based SaaS Work Location Solution (the “Services”) as set out in Appendix D and elsewhere in the RFP.
The purpose of the RFP is to select a cloud-based SaaS Work Location Solution that:Enables employees to indicate and update their work location (e.g. in office, remote, field servicing, on leave); Provides visibility of work location across teams, locations, and the organization to support collaboration, employee safety and operational awareness; and Includes reporting capabilities to identify trends in employee work location (past and present), enabling data informed decision-making related to employee safety and resource planning.
