ICBC is seeking to engage a vendor with demonstrated experience, capability and expertise in delivering business transformation and modernization services in support of LOFT and the associated driver licensing transformation and modernization projects.
Prospective vendors can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Euna Procurement portal.
All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Euna Procurement portal.
