Description
CBC has an ongoing need to conduct surveys, specifically to measure employee engagement and to assess Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA).
ICBC is seeking one (1) qualified and experienced Proponent to provide the Employee Engagement consulting services. The survey platform itself is not in the scope of this NRFP 8739B. The successful Proponent will be required to work with the selected survey platform and its provider, resulting from NRFP 8739A.
