Description
The Ontario Securities Commission is issuing this announcement on its own behalf, and on behalf of the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Alberta Securities Commission, and l’Autorité des marchés financiers (collectively, the “Principal Administrators”), to serve as notification of an upcoming Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) for the “Core Information Systems and Business Services Outsourcing for the CSA National Systems”. The Principal Administrators are a representative subset of the Canadian Securities Administrators who oversee the management and operation of certain shared information technology systems that serve securities regulatory purposes and functions (“CSA National Systems”).
The purpose of the NRFP is to acquire, on a non-exclusive basis, infrastructure services, IT services management services, managed services, application management services, enhancement services, billing services, disaster recovery services, cyber security services, governance and relationship management services, transition services and cloud assessment services, related ancillary services and certain other services, in connection with the operation of the CSA National Systems for the use and benefit of the members of the Canadian Securities Administrators.
