INVITATION TO TENDER
The City of New Westminster invites tenders for SA-28 Pump Station Upgrades in New Westminster, BC.
The Contract is generally for the following work:
Upgrades to the City of New Westminster’s SA-28 sewage pump station, including but not limited to:.

Bidders are responsible to check for all subsequent addenda/amendments on the City website and respond according to the Invitation to Tender documents.

The City has arranged an Optional Site Meeting, on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 starting at 10:00 am at the location of SA-28 Pump Station.
The City of New Westminster invites tenders for SA-28 Pump Station Upgrades in New Westminster, BC.
The Contract is generally for the following work:
Upgrades to the City of New Westminster’s SA-28 sewage pump station, including but not limited to:.
- Supply and Installation of a submersible sewage pump.
- Supply and Installation of a bypass chamber and associated piping and fittings to the existing system.
- Supply and Installation of one (1) 300mm resilient wedge gate valve for isolation of the wet well.
- Supply and Installation of one (1) 200mm resilient wedge gate valve for isolation of the bypass chamber.
- Trenching, backfilling and compaction as required for project upgrades and conduits.
- Supply and Installation of a new programmable logic controller (PLC), operator panel (HMI), variable frequency drives, control relays, pilot devices, and related electrical upgrades and modifications.
- Sanding and Re-painting of the electrical kiosk.
- Shoring and dewatering as required.
- Reinstatement of roadways, pathways, sidewalks, and landscaping.
- Loading, transport, and disposal of excess soils.
