    Description
    Provide all labour, materials, plant, and equipment necessary to replace and upgrade the existing fire alarm system at City Hall, as specified in the Tender Documents, Specifications, and Drawings. The work generally includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new addressable fire alarm system, including control panels, annunciators, devices, and associated wiring.
    The scope includes integration with the existing maglock system, including implementation of a programmed testing mode for fire alarm testing.
    The project will be carried out in an occupied building and requires careful coordination with ongoing building operations. The work will primarily be performed during after-hours to minimize disruption to building occupants and operations
