REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The City of New Westminster invites submissions for an Information Technology Consultant Team for JD Edwards Upgrade in New Westminster, BC.
The City is inviting information technology consulting firms with extensive experience in JD Edwards (JDE) to submit Responses for coordinating the successful migration and upgrade of the City’s present version 9.2 Tools 9.2.2.5 to the latest stable available Tools release on new hardware. All on-site work will occur at City Hall located at 511 Royal Avenue in New Westminster.
The City of New Westminster posts notifications on BC Bid; interested firms can download the documents from the City’s Purchasing web page at

Respondents are responsible to check for all subsequent addenda/amendments on the City website and respond according to the Request for Proposal.
