City of Prince George is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for the replacement of its existing safety and learning management system (SMS & LMS) software and hardcopy administration processes with the development of software aimed at improving reliability, user friendly accessibility and functionality with the provision of technical support.
This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
