PHSA 18660 Radiation Therapy and Simulation Quality Assurance Devices

This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the Regional Health Authorities (collectively referred to as “Health Authorities” and individually each a “Health Authority”) to identify  Proponent(s) to enter into a non-exclusive Contract(s) between  Proponent(s) and the Health Authorities , for the supply of the Radiation Therapy and Simulation Quality Assurance Devices encompassing the consumables, parts, software (“Product”) and other related services (“Services”).
