Description
The City of Maple Ridge (the “City) requests proposals from qualified firms experienced with conducting economic impact analyses, fiscal impact analyses and scenario comparisons of three current industrially designated areas within Maple Ridge. The proponent should be skilled in several comparative methodologies and range of analyses, familiar with regulatory and policy implications of belonging to the Metro Vancouver Regional District, and familiar with relevant provincial/federal regulations and legislative landscapes.
The successful Consultant will work collaboratively with Maple Ridge’s Community Planning Department to develop, prepare and deliver an Industrial Impact Analysis.
