Mechanical Contractors Roster

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the British Columbia Institute of Technology (“BCIT”) to prospective Respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation Process for eligibility to provide Deliverables for the provision of various plumbing and HVAC mechanical services on an as needed basis. The intention of this RFSQ is to select a Roster of up to a maximum of six (6) Qualified Suppliers to meet the ongoing requirements for specific work assignments at all BCIT campuses and facilities. This RFSQ is for mechanical contractors (plumbing, gasfitting, and general mechanical systems), excluding HVAC preventative maintenance services. The Roster will be in place effective October 01, 2026, and will be for a period of three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions at BCIT’s discretion, on the same terms and conditions. Roster will be for individual work assignments, with each assignment estimated at less than $75,000.00. BCIT utilizes Bonfire for issuance of the bid documents and receipt of the Respondent submissions.
