SW01 Alumni Exchange Space Renovation

BCIT is seeking a General Contractor on behalf of Alumni Association to carry out the renovation of the existing Deli Space within SW01 into the new ‘Alumni Exchange Space’, a place for alumni to connect with fellow alumni, students and faculty. The scope will also include the creation of a new ‘Invigilation Room’ within the Accessibility Services office to make up for the existing office being given up by Accessibility to accommodate the intended size of the ‘Alumni Exchange Space’. The General Contractor will be required to work with and coordinate with owner-engaged contractors to undertake the access control, security camera technology, and audio visual technology scope of works. General Contractors must submit the Site Visit Confirmation Form by May 25, 2026 and attend the mandatory site visit on May 27, 2026. Refer to the ITT documents for details.
