BCIT invites senior strategic planning consulting firms through a flexible procurement process, the Negotiated Request for Proposal (“NRFP”), to submit Proposals to provide strategic planning consulting services to help develop a Strategic Plan that includes feedback from the BCIT community that will translate into key actionable priorities for the next five (5) years.
