Under this RFX, City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the Stairwell Glazing Elevation Structural Restraint Works at 107 East Cordova Street, Vancouver, BC. The City is seeking Bids from qualified contractors with demonstrated experience in structural upgrades to end‑of‑life glazing assemblies and installation of new metal structural restraint systems meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, PS20261649-REFM-ITT CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - STAIRWELL GLAZING ELEVATION STRUCTURAL RESTRAINT WORKS – 107 E CORDOVA. Interested parties (“Respondents/Bidders/Tenderers”) are required to respond to this RFX in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFX.
Term of the contract & options
The RFX will be administered through the website (JAGGAER) that is the City’s electronic procurement
portal (the “Supplier Portal”). 
Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
