Under this RFX, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for CONSTRUCTION SERVICES – VPD HEADQUARTERS SKYLIGHT REPLACEMENT – 236 E CORDOVA, Vancouver, BC. The City is seeking Bids from qualified contractors with demonstrated experience in skylight replacement and building envelope construction work, including associated flashing, sealants, and minor repairs, meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled:
PS20261736-REFM-ITT CONSTRUCTION SERVICES – VPD HEADQUARTERS SKYLIGHT REPLACEMENT – 236 E CORDOVA.
Interested parties (“Respondents / Bidders / Tenderers”) are required to respond to this RFX in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFX.
Term of the contract & options
The RFX will be administered through the City of Vancouver’s electronic procurement portal (JAGGAER) (the “Supplier Portal”).
Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
