Summary
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing repair and rehabilitation work to rectify deteriorating concrete in the primary effluent channel at the District’s Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WRWTP).
Location: The Place of the Work is the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WRWTP) located at 4261 Gellatly Rd S, West Kelowna, BC., as shown on the Drawings.
Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:The Work may commence anytime on or after: July 13, 2026 Substantial Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than: November 15, 2026 Total Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than 30 days following Substantial Performance.Form of Contract: The Contract placed as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract, together with supplementary conditions as detailed in Part C of this RFP.
