ASH Emergency Generator Upgrade:
Ashcroft Hospital and Community Health Centre Emergency Generator Upgrade located in Ashcroft, BC, includes removal of the existing 80 kW generator and the supply, installation, and electrical integration of a new outdoor generator, sized to support critical building loads.
BKN Emergency Generator Upgrade:
Brookhaven Extended Care Emergency Generator Upgrade located in West Kelowna, BC, includes replacing the existing generator at the end of its service life with a new generator capable of supplying power to the entire campus, including replacing the existing transfer switch.
CHT Generator Replacement:
Chase & District Health Centre Generator Replacement located in Chase, BC, includes removal of the existing indoor generator and underground fuel tank and installing a new outdoor generator system to supply emergency power to the entire facility, including the ambulance station and adult day program.
CVH Generator Upgrade:
Creston Valley Hospital & Health Centre Generator Upgrade located in Creston, BC, includes the replacement of the existing 350 kW generator and provision of redundancy for emergency power, including installation of a new transfer switch, concrete pads, and integrated fuel tanks.
OMH Generator:
100 Mile District General Hospital Generator located in 100 Mile House, BC, includes the removal of the existing generator from 2005 and the installation of a new generator system. The new system will provide emergency power to the facility, as determined during design process, to achieve N+1 capacity, with the potential to serve both buildings
Project Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build
Contract Type: Separete and distinct AIBC 6C Contracts. (1 Contract for each project)
