Description
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Merritt (the “City”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced civil construction firms to perform the construction services for the City’s proposed Voght St and Coldwater River Watermain Crossing (the ‘Project’), that focuses on extending the watermain along Voght St and crossing under the Coldwater River. The Project is in the City of Merritt and will connect the existing water main on Voght St at the intersection of Priest Ave with the existing water main on Lindley Creek Rd near the intersection with Voght St.

- The Work may commence: no earlier than May 15, 2023
- Substantial Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than: July 31, 2023
- Total Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than 20 Working Days following Substantial Performance.
