The City of Coquitlam (the “City”) is now soliciting offers for the purchase of Seven (7) vacant, zoned and fully serviced R-2 Compact Small-Scale Residential lots, located at 3594A, 3594B, 3596A, 3596B, 3598A, 3598B, 3598C Sheffield Avenue in Coquitlam, BC (each a “Lot” and “Lots” means more than one of them or all of them, as the context requires), with the intent that construction commences as soon as possible. The Lots are located in the Partington Creek Neighbourhood on Burke Mountain in proximity to the future Burke Mountain Village.
In order to participate in the bid process, offers must be submitted in a clearly marked sealed envelope, include the required Deposits (as defined in Section 3.2) and be physically received at the main floor reception desk at Coquitlam City Hall no later than the stipulated closing date and time, (as determined by the clock on the wall above the City’s main floor reception desk). All offers received on or before the stipulated date and time will be date and time stamped.

Offerors are required to check for updated information and addenda posted on the City’s bidsandtenders website, prior to the RFO closing date and time.
