Description
The District invites detailed Proposals from prequalified consultant firms (“Proponents”) for the provision of consulting services to complete a comprehensive Development Approvals Process Review (DAPR) to identify current challenges, process gaps and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommended bylaw, policy and process improvements to deliver the District's Official Community Plan (OCP) objectives, District’s Council priorities and an excellent customer experience. Key objectives include: streamlined development approval processes with increased timeliness and effectiveness, predictability and transparency, improved staff collaboration and accountability, and enhanced customer communication.
