Description
The District of North Vancouver (District) invites proposals from qualified and experienced Construction Management (CM) firms to provide preconstruction, tender, construction and post construction services for the Norgate Fire Hall #5 Replacement project (the “Project”). It is the District’s intention to enter into a CCDC 5B (2010) contract with the successful Proponent and to convert the contract to a CCDC 2 (2020) agreement at the point when cost certainty can reasonably be achieved. Demonstrated past experience in the construction of Fire Services and other municipal buildings will be considered favourably in selecting a CM.
