Description
The intent of the procurement is to identify a Long Term Care (LTC) facility with the capacity to offer a distinct Hospice unit which will be in a facility that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, complete in every respect and ready to operate.
In support of the Ministry of Health plan to increase community hospice beds, Island Health is interested in introducing six (6) Community Hospice beds in Nanaimo, BC.
