The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from qualified firms for the provision of an Online Community Engagement Platform.

Printing of RFP documents is the sole responsibility of the Proponents.

Proposals will not be opened in public.
The City reserves the right to negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked Proponent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West Partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
