Building Retrofit Assessments & Plans

The City of Colwood (the “City”) with West Shore Parks and Recreation Society (“WSPR”) are seeking Proposals from qualified consultants to provide building retrofit feasibility studies and planning for nine community buildings within Colwood. The building retrofit goals are to achieve targets for greenhouse gas emissions reductions, energy efficiency, and increased climate resilience. The consulting team will deliver all aspects of site investigation, energy analysis, design and engagement, measure-level analysis with Class C budget costing, scenario analysis, a decision-making workshop, a final report, and reporting deliverables to the three funders.  The consultants will work closely with the co-managers of the project from the City of Colwood and West Shore Parks and Recreation.
