The City of Colwood (the “City”) is seeking Proposals from qualified design/manufacture companies to provide a full scope of services for the supply of interpretive signs to be used at the Colwood Waterfront Multi-Use Pathway Project. Services are to include concept development, detailed design and manufacturing services for interpretive signs to be installed by the City.
