The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to complete an analysis of options and subsequent preliminary design for a phased approach to upgrades at the Vintage Views Wastewater treatment plant. Respondents are encouraged to use innovation to provide a proposal that meets the needs of the Regional District and adds additional value to the project.
