RFP 1070-2526-175 Rental Housing Site Redevelopment and Operation, Nanaimo, BC

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables at 564 Fifth Street, Nanaimo, BC.  Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide the Deliverables.

Proposals received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered.  The official time of Proposal submission will be determined with reference to the electronic clock used by BC Housing’s computer systems or BC Bid, depending on the submission location.  Proponents are encouraged to submit their Proposals well in advance of the Submission Deadline to minimize the risk of their Proposal being late.
