RFP 1220-2026-4092 - Mount Lehman Road at Harris Road – New Traffic Signals and Intersection Upgrades

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Mount Lehman Road at Harris Road – New Traffic Signals and Intersection Upgrades, as further described in the RFP.The Project is expected to be commencing on August 17, 2026 and completed by November 25, 2026. This project schedule, from start to finish, is 70 working days.

The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to complete the Work in accordance with this RFP and the Contract Documents.
.1            The scope of work for this project generally includes the following:Traffic Signal installation; Approximately 60m of new concrete curb; Approximately 5100m² of road improvements; Approximately 10m of retaining wall; New pavement markings and crosswalks; and Various removals and site restoration activities..2            Protect existing roads, paving, buildings, finished surfaces, equipment, trees and other landscaping, utilities, heating, lighting, power and telephone services during the work. Make good, repair or replace any damage to the City’s approval, or to the property owners approval if damage is on private property.
