RFP2022-09-28 Occupational First Aid Training Programs

The BC Liquor Distribution Branch (“LDB”) requests proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide Occupational First Aid Training Programs. Details of this requirement are in
the attached.

Closing Time: Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on September 28, 2022.

Delivery of Proposals: Proposals must be in English and must be submitted using one of the submission methods below, and must either: (1) include a copy of the Submission Declaration
Form and Intent to be Bound as it appears on Appendix B that is signed by an authorized representative of the Proponent, or (2) otherwise identify the RFP, identify the Proponent and
include the signature of an authorized representative of the Proponent that confirms the Proponent’s intent to be bound, or (3) be submitted by using the BC Bid, in accordance with the
requirements set out in Section 2.1:

BC Bid Electronic Submission: Proponents may submit an electronic proposal using BC Bid (found at www.new.bcbid.ca). Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set out
in the Terms and Conditions Regarding Proposals & Submission of this RFP. Only pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system can submit an electronic proposal using the
BC Bid system.
Email Submission: Proponents may submit an electronic proposal by email. Include the opportunity description and ID in the subject line of the email. Proposals submitted by email must
be submitted to svp.solicitations@bcldb.com in accordance with the instructions at Section 2.3 of this RFP.

Regardless of submission method, proposals must be received by the Closing Time to be considered.

A proposal is deemed to incorporate the Submission Declaration Form and Intent to be Bound in Appendix B.
