Security Services

E-COMM’s purpose in issuing this RFP is to invite proponents to prepare and submit proposals  to provide security services  performed by qualified contractors to E-COMM.   The Services will include but not be limited to:providing on-site security services at E-COMM’s premises in Vancouver, BC; electronically remote monitoring E-COMM’s premises in Burnaby, BC; and Victoria providing on-site security services for E-COMM’s radio sites on an as-when-required basis. All requirements are further described in Appendix “C” (the “Statement of Requirements”). 
The successful Proponent will be required to enter into a Services Agreement  with E-COMM.  The Contract will be effective for a period of up to three (3) years with an additional two (2) one-year renewal option periods.
Proponents who would like to receive the Statement of Requirements must contact the Authorized Contact as described on the cover page of this RFP and execute a signed Confidentiality Agreement, as attached in Appendix “D”.
