Northeast Community Centre Professional Quantity Surveyor Consultant Services
The City of Coquitlam is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Quantity Surveyor Consulting Services for the future Northeast Community Centre (NECC) which will include the Burke Village Park adjacent to the community centre.
The Professional Quantity Surveyor will join the consultant team and assist in providing PQS services throughout the design phases of the project.

Proposals will not be opened in public.
The City reserves the right to negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked Proponent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West Partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
