Description
E-COMM is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the supply and delivery of architectural, engineering, and design services in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP. Requirements and Specifiations are further described in Appendix D.
Proponents must contact the Authorized Contact and execute a signed Confidentiality Agreement, as
attached in Appendix “C” page 20 - 23, in order to receive Appendix D Requirements and Specifications and Appendix E Proposal Submission Form.
